INDUSTRIAL LAYOUT

There are provisions for processing factories which is the industrial area of the layout, such as palm oil production factory, maize processing factory, cocoa processing factory and cassava processing factory.

MECHANIC WORKSHOP

The mechanic workshop is also included in the design. This will bring the farmers and factory owners closer to an expert in case there is a breakdown in any of the machines being used.

RESIDENTIAL AREA

There is also a provision for plots of land which will serve as a residential area for farmers and factory workers. There is a provision for a central irrigation system with network to assist the farmer with irritation system.

SILO/WAREHOUSE

Also, there is a provision for silo which will help in storage of food and seed. Warehouse is also provided so that produced and processed gods can be moved directly from the warehouse to the market.

RECREATION

Recreation space and facility are provided so that farmers and factory workers can relax and have a leisure time after work. A standard road network with a width of 15 meters is provided for free access and movement of people, vehicles, machines, and trucks in and out of the layout.

The proposed layout made provisions for plantations such as plantain, cashew, palm tree, cassava, cocoa, maize, orange, beans, potato, and livestock farming.
